TA97 Radio

I recently purchased a Nokia 5800 Express Music phone, so it was only natural for me to make some themes of my favorite singer to go along with it. I found a program on the Nokia site that allows me to create an entire theme for the phone, not just wallpaper, but basically the whole phone. after messing with it for about a week or so, I think I finally have it down. So here are some screen shots straight off the phone of a few of the themes I made with pics of Lzzy Hale who just freaking ROCKS with her band Halestorm.

Unlike many of the phones out there, the Nokia 5800 XM is very customizable, and there may not be as many apps for it like the iphone, but it does have a ton of features on it. FM Radio, 8 gig sd card included with the phone, 3.2 meg camera with flash, video, internet radio (I listen to TA97 on my to the store and back) 3G internet, WiFi, and the MP3 player is is equal to my Sony MP3 player, which totally dominates ipod and iphone.

Oh, it’s also unlocked, so I’m not tied down to smart phone rates. the “phone” part is of the highest Nokia quality. Most people complain about dropped calls, hard to hear people, hard for people to hear you, etc…. Not on this phone. The speaker is loud and clear and even works well with the speaker phone. If you have your headphones on listening to tunes when a call comes in, it pauses the song to take the call. When you hang up, the player kicks back in. It also now includes Nokia maps, which is free navigation for those who get lost easily. I’m very happy with this phone as I’m sure you can tell by now. It’s available direct from Nokia for about $259 right now and works with any sim card carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile). Enough about my phone, heres more Lzzy…..
